AI to run several coding agents at once
Our pick: T3 Code. Alternative: Conductor.
T3 Code is a free, open-source (MIT) control plane for coding agents: one app to run Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Grok Build, Google Antigravity and others side by side, with a separate Git worktree per task so agents don't trip over each other. You only pay your own AI provider. Its makers say it's very early, so expect bugs.
Choose Conductor instead when: Choose Conductor if you're on a Mac and want a polished review flow: each task gets its own workspace with a branch, terminal and diff, and you can open a pull request, merge or archive it from the app. Local use is free; Pro ($50/mo) adds cloud workspaces.
T3 Code: what it is used for
- Run several coding agents at once, one thread per task, each in its own Git worktree.
- Send the same prompt to several models and compare the results side by side.
- Check on agents running on your computer from the iOS or Android app.
- Free and open source under the MIT license. You pay your own AI provider, not T3 Code.
- Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Grok Build, Google Antigravity and other agents. It doesn't run local models.
- Available as a desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux, as a CLI (npx t3@latest), as a web app, and as iOS and Android apps that act as a remote for your computer.
- You need at least one coding agent installed and signed in first.
- T3 Connect is free for up to 3 machines; more machines need a paid T3 Chat plan.
- Your code goes to your AI provider, not to T3. Basic usage telemetry is on by default and can be turned off.
- The project says it is very early and to expect bugs.

Conductor: what it is used for
- Run Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode agents in parallel on a Mac.
- Give each task its own workspace with a separate branch and working files, then review the diff and open a pull request.
- Run several agents in one workspace when they need to share the same branch, for example one writing code and one reviewing it.
- Free plan: run multiple agents in parallel in local workspaces on your Mac, using your own subscriptions or API keys.
- Pro is $50 a month and adds Conductor Cloud with cloud workspace hours, multiplayer for up to 5 Pro users, an API and a mobile app.
- Teams is $60 per user per month; Enterprise is custom.
- Uses the agent logins already on your machine, such as your Claude Pro or Max plan.
- Agents run with your user account's permissions and are not sandboxed on your Mac.
